Love is key to your life

Have you ever asked yourself how can I create more love in my life and in the world? What can I do to give more love to myself and to the world?

Your mind shapes your life

Have you ever wondered why some people seem to have so much luck in their lives.  Your mind is more powerful than you think.  If you’re choosing a positive outlook, then that’s what you’re likely to create. The thoughts that you think will dictate the journey of your life.

Your thoughts are one of your greatest tools.  Learning to mange your thoughts so you might bring good positive things into your life is a wonderful skill to have. What you choose to occupy your mind will shape your life.

Try where possible to get a clear focus on what you do want in your life.  If you worry about an aspect of your life or keep thinking about it such as a job you hate, you are giving that situation more form and it will continue.  Think about your dream job each morning and all that you love about it.  Take one small step towards finding it.

Some of the relationships in your life may be challenging. But know each individual loves you and is offering you an opportunity to learn a life lesson, such as to define and hold your boundaries or to listen.

Step back from the challenging relationship and observe yourself to try to determine what you might be learning. It will make the learning easier. Perhaps it is patience or tolerance or compassion. All can be difficult behaviours to learn and need to be practised. This person may be giving you a chance to practise. Know they are giving you this opportunity with love even though at the same time they might be challenging what you say and do.

No relationship is wasted. Regard each one as heaven sent.

Choose to create love in your life

Loving your partner, job, friends brings so much into your life.  The more love that you give to yourself and those around you, the more it will transform the way you all live.

Does your intuition really give good guidance?

Intuition has been recognised over the ages as a ‘gut feeling’ which lets you know if something is not right. Intuition can be much more than an alert mechanism. For me it is a beacon which you can use to listen to messages of guidance from your soul, guide and spirit. It works two ways, so you can ask questions too. Over time you will learn to distinguish the different feel of you soul, guide and spirit so you will know who you are talking to.

How do I feel my intuition?

The messages are not usually in words. They come more as a sensing or knowing. You may also start to see situations or people through your mind’s eye. When I was first training as a medium, I used to look at people with human eyes. But as I learnt to use all of my senses, I started to use my mind’s eye which is the 3rd eye chakra between your brows. It can look more deeply and give you more insight into what is happening in your life. My 3rd eye then connected with my heart and I could feel in my heart what was right. This is why when you ‘speak from your heart’ people hear the truth and authenticity of what you are saying. If you look at public speakers when this moment arrives, without realising it, they often put their hand on their heart.

We all have intuition but somehow over history we have supressed the use of it. It’s a good resource and gives good advice so why not make use of it. The more you use it, the easier it becomes.

What can I use my intuition for?

You don’t need to reserve it for those most challenging times. You can use it for everyday decisions and living. I’ve used it to find lost reading glasses, deciding on how long to set the microwave for individual dishes, knowing where someone has gone and many other everyday situations.

How reliable is the advice from my intuition?

Can you be sure you have received the message correctly? If you are not sure, put it to one side and try listening again another day. If the message is the same, you have probably heard it correctly. It takes time to build up confidence in the messages so you can trust them. Try it out on small things in your life first to enable the trust to build. Even in a busy environment, you can take three deep breaths and go to that quiet place inside. Here is the easiest space to ask a question and to feel the reply. The more you practice and observe, the more you will tap into a deep knowledge and wisdom.

Can I use it at work as well as at home?

You take yourself everywhere you go – so yes! Intuition is more objective and wiser than your normal self. It is full of compassion and love for you. It is never cross, critical or impatient with you. If you receive messages like this, it is your ego talking so don’t listen to it. Of course, in all of this don’t cut your brain off. Still consider a situation with your logical brain for the positives and negatives of it. But then let go and ask your intuition what it thinks. I have seen a Marketing Director in a FTSE100 company listen to the facts of a project, then put his hand on his heart and listen to his intuition. He was a successful man.

Using your intuition effectively takes practice. The more you use it, the more comfortable you will feel about it. Here is a good way of practicing;

  1. Close your eyes and focus on your heart.
  2. Take 3 deep breaths
  3. Think of someone or something that you love.
  4. Think of something you want help with in your life – it could be on a job, health, where to live….
  5. Ask 3 questions;

What do I want to know now?

What can I do to help myself?

        Ask a question that is most important in your life now

  1. Take a deep breath and say thank you
  2. Open your eyes.

Are you in touch with your inner Wild Woman?

When people hear the word ‘wild’ many interpret it as living outside of accepted social norms. Such as staying out late, getting drunk and being that embarrassing person who dances on the tables. This is not my use of the word wild.

When I speak of finding your wild side, it doesn’t mean being out of control but rather the original meaning living a natural life that has innate integrity and healthy boundaries. I am referring to your inner feminine power with your intuitive wisdom and confidence.

A Wild Woman is full of creativity, passion and knowing.

Historically women have been taught to be restrained, demure and responsible. This has changed with the current adult generation. In some cases, it has led to excessive laddish behaviour as is often the case when something has been suppressed for centuries. But I feel the pendulum is swinging again and women are seeking a middle path where they are in touch with their inner wild feminine to provide a foundation for how they live and find their place in the world.

How do I find my inner Wild Woman?

Your Wild Woman can arrive in many different ways. It is about hearing her call and giving yourself the time and space to recognise it, savour and enjoy it.

For many it can be through a sight of great beauty – sunlight shining through green trees, a wonderful, colourful sun-set, mountains and water draped in wispy clouds. It could also be at key poignant moments in your life such as looking at your beautiful newborn child and their delicate but perfect hands.

Your wild woman will show herself and you will see her. You will see and feel her everywhere. It does help if you spend time in nature as there are many splendid things to be seen which helps to stir the feeling of your wild woman inside.

Some small children are natural lovers of nature. Cultural conditioning has yet to influence them. They know they feel good in nature and even on a rainy day will get their wellington boots and stand by the door wanting to go outside.

Feeling the rain on their skin and splashing in puddles is something everyone should experience and enjoy.

Your wild woman can come through sound as well. Music can excite your heart and resonate strongly with you. As can the written or spoken word – a story, a poem brings your wild woman to your consciousness.

The touch of your wild woman can be transient. Here it is and then it’s gone. But you won’t forget her and you will want to seek her out. Being with other people who are similarly, those seeking her or have found her, will excite you to keep going.

As a psychic, I use all sorts of mediums to receive messages. I love working with stones and crystals. My wild woman reminded me to seek her out by appearing as a wolf on a lovely white stone I owned. She was reminding me that there are many similarities between the wild woman in you and wolves. Both are considered to be devious, sometimes overly aggressive and of less value. In truth, both are deeply intuitive, intensely concerned for their young, partner and family. At the same time, they are playful, sensing and devoted.

In allowing your wild woman to show herself in your life brings many good skills which can enhance how you live. The world is now ready in many countries to allow women to consciously live with their wild woman. Seek her out and learn to live with her.

Your wild woman can make a great contribution to a better world.

Feeling sad from losing someone?: We should talk more openly about the dying process.

This week I have lost a good friend of over 50 years. He was my late husband’s best friend. They came to me as a cheeky pair and always made me laugh. We met as teenagers and stayed friends through all of the ups and downs of life. My friend held my son when he was only hours old having talked his way into the maternity ward. I always knew he would be there for me if I needed help. He was a good man.

Sadly my friend has been terminally ill for 10 months. We still met up and laughed but in the background our hearts were heavy. The dying process can be protracted and not easy to participate in. As my friend’s health deteriorated, he no longer wished to meet up. He was a very private man and didn’t want me to see him as he had become. I had to respect his wishes, but it wouldn’t have worried me how he looked. He was still the friend he had always been.

As the end drew near, my friend wanted to meet one more final time. It was as if he delayed passing until he had seen me. Although frail, his good humour was still there which eased the meeting for both of us. I am a strong believer in the After Life but he was not so sure. I know we will meet again.

After our final meet-up, I gave my friend a healing for the dying. It was never going to fix his body, but I believe it could ease his transition and create a stronger link between him and his loved ones still on Earth. At first, he will be busy in the After Life. But when he is ready, he will more easily be able to connect with us. During the healing I saw his soul standing outside of his body looking at all the nurses were doing for him. I realised he was preparing to leave and glad that he was no longer experiencing the ravages of the final stages of his illness.

Two hours after the healing, my friend passed. I bade him adieu and look forward to seeing him again at my welcome home party when I pass, if not before.

The bridge between the physical Earth and the After Life is much stronger than most people recognise. If you speak to bereaved people, many will say how their passed loved one has given them a sign that they are still around. You need to be alert for however they are able to signal to you. It might be the words of a song on the radio that jump out at you, a smell, a feather or many other small signs that are significant to you.

Death is but a transition from one state to another. You are still alive after you die and take with you the love and memories you have from your life on Earth. In the After Life your memories will expand as you remember former lives you have had. Your soul and spirit are energy and can not be destroyed.

There is much to live for after you and your loved ones pass from Earth to the After Life.
