Mind, Body, Soul: finding health, balance and wisdom

What a wonderful event the Mind, Body, Soul event in Alexandra Palace is this weekend. I spent a wonderful day on Friday with a couple of friends sampling the delights of the event. There are so many things to try and sample with lots of free lectures and experiences. I rate this event highly and it is very reasonably priced. So if you are looking for something to do this weekend give it a go.

The highlights for me were:

Irene Gloux on stand 165 – Spirit Artist

When a medium gives you a message from a passed loved one, have you ever wondered if it is authentic? What better way to check out your message than to ask the medium to draw a picture of who is bringing you this message. Irene, spirit artist and medium, does just this. Do visit her stand -165 and sample it for yourself. My friend had a wonderful reading and a great picture to take home with her.

BrightNightLight – Robi an intuitive creative designer creates beautiful mandala style pictures which bring you a message. His stand is well worth taking a look at or if you cannot make the event, take a look at his Facebook page – BrightNightLight.co.uk 

I loved these pictures. I had to give you a bigger picture than normal of his wonderful products. They really resonated with me and reminded me of my own Soul Maps. Rob and I will definitely be talking after the Mind, Body, Soul event.

Barbara Meiklejohn – Shamanic Healer

I was lucky enough to be chosen for a shamanic drum healing for my back. There was not an instant change to my pain but on waking this morning, the intensity is much less and I feel more flexible. Good job done Barbara – thank you.

Barbara gave us all a wonderful experience of going down into Mother Earth lead by her drum and voice. Afterwards, I noticed how happy everyone looked and they smiled and chatted with one another. Visit Barbara on stand 40 or go to spiritvisions.com

When you alter your thoughts, change your beliefs, how you feel and actions you take, you change the world around you. As your actions become your habits, your inner world shifts and you start viewing the world through the same lenses. What we see and how we experience the world is through our tinted glasses.


I might not be in control of what happens around me, but I am in total control of how I react to it. You are in control of how you think, feel, perceive and respond to someone or something around you.

Be in control of your thoughts, feelings and actions.


If you want to achieve change effectively and permanently, change needs to come from within you. When we try to change ourselves, not congruent with our inner self, we tend to slip back into old patterns and self-sabotaging habits. When we carry negative emotions, fear and limiting beliefs within us, it creates stumbling blocks to the process.
When you eliminate inner conflict and become authentic, you create a world you desire you can sustain.


Imagine for a moment and reflect:
 Have you ever tried to change you?
 How long did it take you?
 How easy or difficult was it?
 Were you successful or failed a few times before you got there?


Before you expect CHANGE or get disappointed with someone for not changing, take a moment to answer these questions
You are not what others perceive you to be; you are what you think, believe and become.


There is only one person you can change, and it is YOU!!!

Psychic Fair, Sunday 9th June – Chessington, Surrey

There are lots of things you can try – tarot, angel cards, dowsing, crystals, healing and much more. If you are a shopper like me, there is jewellery, books, spiritual gifts and much more for sale. This fair aims to be enjoyable and affordable.

Entrance is only £3 and there are free workshops to attend as well. Something for every taste. But I hope you choose Irene. Oops I probably should not have said that but I do feel it…..

The fair is at Chessington Community Centre, Garrison Lane KT9 2JS, 10 am to 4 pm. There are good road links and Chessington South station is walkable.
