Ever felt everything is going wrong? 3 tips to improve your life

Ever had a time when everything you do seems to go wrong?

I know I have, and often I have no knowledge why this should be. When the flow of life is not working for you, I have found you are either doing the wrong things or approaching life in the wrong way. One of my problems is that sometimes I just try too hard! When I do this I get too tired and make mistakes. They can be small mistakes but they can have a BIG impact – like how I have spoken to someone and then I lose their co-operation. I seem to make mountains which I then have to climb. In the spirit of the New Year, maybe you’re going to learn a new language, cut out refined sugars, be more consistent with your yoga practice, put down your phone and be more present in the moment…

How do you achieve your greatest potential?

A poppy is a beautiful red flower with medicinal capabilities and is full of potential. Yet it is also a symbol for war and gives a potential for drug abuse. Likewise each baby born is full of life’s potential but can also choose to lead a more negative life.

I have spent the last 20 years seeking out such people.  Below are people I have either worked with, been their student or their client.  I have found them helpful in my personal development. Of course you need to decide if they are right for you. read more

Now is the time between Christmas and the start of 2019 to reflect on both the global and your personal situation.

What did you experience in 2018 and what would you like to bring in for you and your loved ones, your soul family, for 2019?

Think about the things that went well for you in the last year. For me 2018 was a good year. I made some good progress in becoming an author, mentor and life coach: read more
