Grieving For a Loss?
All of us experience grief at some point in our lives. When we experience it for the first time it can come as quite a shock. It is often not talked about so it is hard to know how to deal with it.
Grief is not just about the death of a loved one. It can come in many forms;
- A break up
- The selling of your childhood home
- What you always wanted but never got
- A person who died
- A person who is still alive but chooses to be absent in your life
- The loss of a dream
- Divorce
- Infertility
- Loving someone who is self-destructive
- The loss of a pet
- The end of a friendship
- Job loss or the end of a career
