Meditation brings so many benefits on a physical, mental and spiritual level that there is every rationale to practise it. However we lead such busy lives it can really be hard to make the time for it.
I believe it is not a luxury but a necessity in life and costs nothing but time. For me it is about maintaining my calmness. When I regularly meditate I feel more connected to my ‘inner you’ who provides me with guidance and love in all that I do. My family finds me more rationale and reasonable which makes for more harmony.
