Do you feel constrained?: how to achieve your heart’s desire

You Are as Free as You Allow Yourself to Be

Many people feel constrained in their life.  It can be for many reasons – a relationship, job, where they live……

However we are in charge of our own life and what we do with it.  The world is at your feet and you can decide how you want to live in it.  Oh I hear you say; I cannot do that because……
If you have not done something you want to do, it is because sub-consciously you have decided not to do it.  If that is the case you need to accept your decision and not let it make you feel constrained.  If you feel constrained you need to re-visit your decision and see if there is a more creative way that you can achieve your heart’s desire.

These people have dared to take the leap.  Watch this, feel the wind in your hair and decide if you are working towards your heart’s desire.

Feel free
