Challenges: 1 step to making them easier
Challenges arrive in your life to provide you with opportunities to learn and grow. Through them you can learn important life lessons such as improving your communication, overcoming jealous love or learning to receive as well as to give. However when faced with a new challenge you may feel daunted. Know the feeling?
Sometimes the same challenge keeps appearing in your life. Do you find that frustrating? This will keep happening until you learn your life lesson and manage it better.
Often the hardest part of a challenge is facing up to it and starting to work the challenge. Like any journey, once you have started you get into the flow of it and the challenge seems less daunting. Taking that one step to start is the most profound in getting the challenge into proportion and working it. Part way through the challenge you may even wonder why it had worried you so much, as it was not so bad after all.
Understanding that challenges are opportunities to develop and grow can make you approach them with a different attitude and thereby get a better result. Once seen as an opportunity rather than bad luck, you will engage with your challenge to get the most out of it. You may not fully overcome the challenge, but by working it, you will learn and you will not feel like the victim. Both are good for you.
